Don't get me wrong I don't have the time to spend the type of hours Walter does on his blog but am happy to update once or twice a week.

ReplyDeleteI strongly disagree with changing the metro theme song, this song has been around since the metro club started and should remain!!
ReplyDeleteIt would be like changing a english premier league team or afl team club song you just wouldn't even think of changing it!!
I doubt who ever came up with this stupid idea has been a long serving member at metro they have properly only been at the club five minutes!!
yep, change the rangers team song, i hate winning games at mets because i have to hear it, dont like singing it,such a shitty team song,lets sing something like somewhere over the rainbow ah, yeah such a classic dont ya think.

Remember all those who have contributed to this club and don't stir those wresting in their grave who have handed somthing great on for future generations. Sounds like if it goes ahead it ahold be,

Neil, Are you kidding me. Lol. The song is ok for the Rangers maybe, but it has hardly been sang at Metro even when they do win a game. It's just not a song that is uplifting enough to warrant celebrating a win. As for a kick in the teeth to those ever involved or played at the club............ I don't believe that was what this post was put up for discussion for, if they think that, than they really just need to move on.
